You do not need any experience; our clients are both male and female and the sessions are individually tailored to maximize the client’s potential, athleticism. The sessions are also backed up by sound advice to help you get every last ounce out of your training.
If you wish to train privately but need to bring the cost down, then think of training with a friend or work colleague.
We have four options .
One on one
This means just you and your coach, you will not be sharing your time with anyone.
Your coach works directly with you hands-
One on Two
This means that if you wish to train with a friend or work colleagues you will be
sharing your time but you will not be stood around. Your coach will work on partner
drills which will keep you both engaged for the full session with hands-
One on Three or One on four (Maximum)
This means that if you wish to train with a friend or work colleagues you will be
sharing your time but you will not be stood around. Your coach will work on partner
drills which will keep you all engaged for the full session with hands-
You will train in stand up, clinch work and ground work, covering arts like western boxing, Muay Thai, kick boxing, wrestling, Brazilian jiu jitsu and MMA.
